Straw-yellow in color with green highlights, it exhibits delicate hints of citrus, rue, and aromatic herbs, complemented by a dry, savory, and fresh taste.
Soft pressing and a brief maceration on the skins for approximately 48 hours at a temperature of 5 degrees Celsius. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation and refinement in stainless steel for six months.
