Bright ruby in color, it exhibits aromas of cherry and berries that complement its distinctive fruity flavor, achieving a rare balance of body and vivacity.

Grape varieties

Single-variety vinificated Ciliegiolo grapes.

Vinification

Soft pressing and a brief maceration on the skins. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature, with daily pumping over and délestage, followed by maturation and refinement in stainless steel for six months.
