Famous for many years as the only Moscato produced in Liguria, was awarded the Gran Medaglia Cangrande at Vinitaly 2008.
It is distinguished by its straw-yellow color, moderate effervescence, subtle notes of ripe citrus fruits and lime honey, and an elegant, sweetly fragrant flavor.

Single-variety vinificated Moscato grapes.
Vinification
Soft pressing and a brief maceration on the skins. Fermentation occurs at a controlled temperature, followed by maturation and refinement in stainless steel for six months.
